We are especially interested in making all our patients feel right at home! We put your needs first to achieve efficient and comprehensive treatment. Our staff members are trained and skilled, and enjoy what they do! Each member of our treatment team is a registered assistant, and our office staff has years of experience in treating patients with the highest level of care. Our staff holds certifications in radiology, Red Cross CPR and OSHA. We strive to stay abreast of the very latest in technology and advances by regularly attending continuing education courses and seminars on sterilization and infection control as well as attending the American Association of Orthodontists' annual meeting.
Our staff has combined over 105 years of experience in orthodontics with two of our employees having over 30 years each with our practice.

Michelle graduated from the dental assistant program at the Ohio Institute of Health Careers in 2006. Away from work, she enjoys shopping and spending time with her husband and three children, Harper, Amelia and Maxton.

Kelly has worked for Dr. Marshall since 1999, but took a 6 year break to stay home with her 2 children. Now that her kids are in school, she's BACK!! When not busy in Dr. Marshall's office, Kelly loves to run and tries to compete in at least one race per month.

Sharon King – Lab Technician

Sharon has worked as an orthodontic lab technician for over 30 years. She makes our orthodontic appliances and study models. Sharon is the mother of two married sons. She enjoys boating and spending time with her grandchildren.

Jessica Loudermilk – Clinical Assistant

Jessica has worked in the dental field since 2005, after graduating from the Ohio Institute of Health Careers. She grew up in Bucyrus, Ohio and moved to Columbus in 2003. Jessica loves Ohio State football, Nascar and car shows. In her spare time she enjoys playing disc golf, making jewelry, spending time with family, friends and her basset hound, Happy.

Denese Madden – Insurance/Scheduling Coordinator

Denese is our scheduling coordinator. She is originally from Belton, South Carolina and has lived in the Ohio area since 1999, after meeting her fiancé! She never imagined that she would be working in orthodontics, after spending much of her work experience in the engineering field. Denese enjoys visiting her family and friends “back home” as often as possible.

Maria has worked in general dentistry for many years as a chair side assistant. She enjoys interacting with patients and getting to know them and their families over the course of treatment. Aside from work, she loves making memories with her husband, family, friends and dog Tanner.

Angel Raines – Clinic Coordinator

Angel has been assisting in orthodontics since February 2000. She is married with three children. Her family loves sports especially softball and baseball. They enjoy their two dogs, one cat and a hedgehog. Her hobbies include scrapbooking, baking, and Notre Dame football.

Chris recently joined the Marshall family after working in orthodontics for 19 years. She is married and has a son, daughter, and son-in-law. She loves spending time with family and friends, along with biking, photography, sports and taking walks.

Becky has worked for Dr. Marshall since 1997. She is married to her high school sweetheart and has three wonderful children and six adorable grandchildren. When Becky’s not at work, she’s busy babysitting and spending time with family and friends.

Misty Halderman-Clinical Assistant
Misty graduated from the Ohio Business College in September 2010. Away from work she enjoys being outdoors with her daughter and walking their Dachshund at the park.
