How to earn the Moola!
Earning Marshall Moola is quite simple!
*Each time you come in to the office for your appointment, simply pick up a Marshall Moola dollar at the front desk. Give the form to the assistant to fill out at the end of your appointment. One copy of the Moola dollar will be given to you, and the other copy will be kept on file at the office. When you are ready to redeem, just bring in all the Moola you have earned and pick your prize. Points may be redeemed at any point during treatment.
