Hours

We are open to serve you, answer questions, or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

Monday: 10:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Tuesday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Summer hours (June 1st-September 1st):

Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Occasional Wednesdays: 7:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.

Our office changes our hours to offer more appointment times to accomidate your changing schedule during different times of the year.
We also work some Fridays during the busier months of the year.

Mission Statement

To provide each patient with a great smile using the most advanced orthodontic systems in a welcoming atmosphere. Simply, we want you to be proud to tell your family and friends you are our patient.

Because A Great Smile Says It All…

  • We have complimentary initial examinations including digital Panorex x-rays and digital photographs
  • We want to see our patients every 6 to 8 weeks to provide excellent treatment and on-time care
  • We follow our patients for at least 18 months out of braces
  • We take post-treatment digital Panorex x-rays to evaluate third molars at no charge to the patient or dentist for as long as necessary
  • We take surveys before, during and after treatment to let our offices know how we are doing and how we can improve.

Appointments

Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.

Payment Plans

Our office wants to make braces as affordable as possible. We offer an interest-free payment plan with a 15% down payment. Our office also accepts CareCredit which offers no down payment plans with interest.

Insurance

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
